PRE-NATAL:

During your pregnancy we spend our time getting to know each other and fall a little bit in love. We delve into unpacking fears and emotion stored in the body, through deep connection and conversation. We discover the physiology of birth and use your values and desires to create your birth vision, set up your postpartum nest, learn about breastfeeding and the importance of rest, warmth and nourishment.

BIRTH:

We have grown in connection and relationship throughout your pregnancy, so I can be the companion you need through the depths of your labour and birth. I read your cues and help make you feel safe and grounded in your mind, body and surroundings. You are at the very centre of your birth and you are held and loved within our circle. I stand on the edge and watch you and your partner in an intimate bubble. I make sure you are both nourished and able to rejuvenate whenever possible. I hold you through whatever you need to work through in the moment - supporting and witnessing your transformation.

POSTPARTUM:

I am there, in your home offering what you need in that particular moment. Breastfeeding support, traditional postpartum cooking, herbal tea and remedies, birth debriefing and optimising your rest in more ways than one. I ensure that you are feeling heard by truly listening and witnessing you at your depths. I bring a calming energy to your surroundings and help restore balance in your home as you transverse into early motherhood.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required upon booking to secure your due time.
